This 4500 sqm mixed use development, is situated in a high profile city centre location. The building consists of 2200sqm retail space, 1500 sqm office space, 4 penthouse apartments and a 3 storey high atrium space which opens out onto the canal side. The project involved dealing with a number of protected structures, one of which was a protected mill race which runs beneath the site. The site is surrounded on three sides by protected canals, therefore considerable consideration was given to logistics and construction methodologies, opting for the use of off site construction where possible.
